The Small Store Re-Storing Campaign, carried out by Lotte Distribution Business Headquarters West Branch as part of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management, supports improving the store environment for small stores operated by elderly store owners.

Small stores are increasingly losing competitiveness and closing down as the store owners handle product ordering, display, shelf installation, equipment management, and store environment organization alone. Since starting its first activity in March, Lotte Distribution Business Headquarters West Branch has been improving the store environment, cleaning shelves, rearranging products, checking product expiration dates, and attaching price cards for one small store each month. Through this, they support small store owners to operate their stores in a clean and pleasant environment.
