Landmark City serves as Songdo’s international gateway, being the first visible area when viewed from the West Sea, and it attracts high interest from homebuyers due to its ocean views of the West Sea and lake views.

In fact, earlier this year, GS Construction’s ‘Songdo Xi Crystal Ocean,’ supplied in Landmark City District 6, Block A10, received high attention from buyers due to its specialized design and ocean views, recording a subscription competition rate of 21 to 1 and closing sales early.
