Daewoo E&C is set to unveil ‘Taebong Park Prugio Parkmont,’ developed through the Taebong Park Special Project, in the Pocheon area of Gyeonggi-do this August.


‘Taebong Park Prugio Parkmont’ will be constructed with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 623 units with exclusive areas of 84 to 109㎡. The exclusive areas are composed of ▲84㎡A with 215 units ▲84㎡B with 147 units ▲84㎡C with 178 units ▲99㎡ with 63 units ▲109㎡A with 20 units. Not only is it developed through the Taebong Park Special Project, but it will also be part of Daewoo E&C’s major brand ‘Prugio,’ attracting significant attention.

‘Taebong Park Prugio Parkmont’ boasts excellent residential comfort as a private park special project complex.
