Korea Petroleum Industry Reports Q2 Operating Profit of 5.2 Billion KRW, Down 13.2% YoY

[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] Korea Petroleum Industry (Korea Petroleum) announced on the 27th that its operating profit for the second quarter of this year was 5.2 billion KRW, a 13.2% decrease compared to the same period last year.

Sales increased by 32.3% year-on-year to 164.2 billion KRW. Net profit for the period rose 358.1% to 4.2 billion KRW during the same period.
