[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Toss Securities announced on the 27th that it will hire a large-scale workforce of approximately 70-80 employees by the end of this year to accelerate the company's growth momentum.
Accordingly, it will conduct focused recruitment of experienced professionals in both development and non-development roles until the end of August, and those joining in August will be offered stock (RSU) compensation with the same weekly value as existing employees, as well as an annual salary up to 1.5 times higher than their previous workplace.
Toss Securities, which officially launched with the full release of its MTS in March, attracted about 3.5 million subscribers within three months, drawing attention both inside and outside the industry. In particular, the enthusiastic response from investors during two “Receive One Stock Gift” events and the recently introduced “Stock Gifting” service has created new terms such as “Toss Trading Method” and “Toss Pick.”
Toss Securities plans to strengthen its business expansion through this public recruitment. The company is preparing to launch overseas stock services in the third quarter of this year and an AI-based asset management service next year.
Currently, Toss Securities has about 110 employees, and including this recruitment, plans to hire up to 70-80 people by the end of the year. There is no minimum required experience for applicants; anyone with relevant experience and capabilities for each position can apply. A Toss Securities official stated, “Toss Securities aims to provide customers with a completely different investment experience through newly defined investment services,” and added, “We want to meet colleagues who will realize their dreams together with Toss Securities through this recruitment.”
Meanwhile, stock (RSU) compensation and up to 150% of the previous salary will be provided only to those joining in August, and treatment conditions may change thereafter depending on Toss Securities’ corporate value fluctuations. Other welfare benefits and working conditions will be the same as those for existing Toss employees.
