Situated at the center of the Hoecheon District in Yangju New Town, Deokgye Station Geumgang Penterium Central Park is within walking distance of Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1. It also offers easy access to the Seoul Ring Expressway Howon IC and the Guri-Pocheon Expressway Yangju IC, enabling quick travel to major areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area including Gyeonggi Province.

Notably, Deokjeong Station, where the GTX-C line will stop, is nearby. The C line, connecting a 74.2km section from Deokjeong Station to Suwon Station, is scheduled to begin construction next year. Once opened, it will allow travel to Seoul Gangnam in about 20 minutes. Additionally, an extension of Subway Line 7 is planned for the nearby area, and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway connecting Paju, Yangju, and Pocheon is set to open in 2023.

Deokgye Station Geumgang Penterium Central Park also benefits from the excellent infrastructure of Yangju Hoecheon District. There are abundant nearby convenience facilities such as E-Mart, and the planned central commercial area of Hoecheon District is close by. Deokgye Middle School is adjacent, and there are many educational facilities nearby, including planned sites for kindergartens and elementary schools. Neighborhood parks, Deokgyecheon Stream, and Okjeong Sports Park are also in the vicinity. Another advantage is the proximity to Yangju Technovalley, a specialized advanced manufacturing complex scheduled for completion in 2025. Yangju Technovalley is a high-tech industrial complex focused on the 4th industrial revolution, expected to house about 1,900 companies.

The project features specialized designs and product qualities befitting the Geumgang Penterium brand by Geumgang Housing. The complex is designed with ample spacing between buildings primarily facing south, allowing good sunlight and ventilation even on lower floors. All units have a 4-bay cross-ventilation layout, and practical specialized designs such as dressing rooms and pantries are applied throughout the homes. Some floor plans include movable walls, enabling flexible use of space as a wide living room or additional rooms according to residents’ lifestyles. The living room walls feature art walls for a luxurious interior effect, and the facade includes window designs without metal railings, allowing unobstructed views of the outside scenery. Automatic ventilation systems, heating and exhaust systems for dressing rooms, and more are also provided.

At the center of the complex, a central plaza and gardens are provided for residents to relax amidst natural scenery. Facilities for healthy living such as a fitness garden, playgrounds for children, and themed parks are included. Community and convenience facilities within the complex include a fitness center, golf practice range, moms’ caf?, small library, reading room, silver zone, and residents’ meeting rooms, offering various hobbies and leisure activities.

Advanced systems such as IoT and smartphone home network systems are installed. The smart home network system allows residents to conveniently control home facilities and devices such as gas shutoff and energy-saving modes from anywhere via a smart home app. Multifunction switches are installed on entrance walls, enabling easy checking and control of lighting, gas shutoff status, and elevator calls without having to move around. The smart key system for door access includes a one-pass system to call elevators, enhancing convenience.

The underground parking lot is equipped with LED lighting dimming control systems, electric vehicle charging facilities, standby power cut-off, and remote meter reading systems. For residents’ safety, emergency bell systems, CCTV, home security systems, parking guidance systems, and vehicle license plate parking control systems are also installed in the underground parking area.
