[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] LF Food's Japanese ramen & donburi specialty restaurant ‘Hakoya (HAKOYA)’ announced on the 26th that it has launched ‘Jangeo Tendon’ as a convenient meal for summer stamina recovery.


Eel is a representative stamina food. The rich and fatty eel meat is actually high in protein and vitamin A content, making it a top choice for summer energy restoration.


Jangeo Tendon is characterized as an authentic Japanese tempura rice bowl that allows you to enjoy eel together with rice. In particular, the eel tempura coated with a thin batter has a crispy exterior while maintaining a moist and fluffy texture inside.


Additionally, the special donburi sauce with rich umami flavor harmonizes the rice and tempura, and the fresh wasabi cuts through the greasiness, allowing you to enjoy every last bite deliciously.
