AfreecaTV Reports 21.5 Billion KRW Operating Profit in 2Q, Up 97% YoY

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] AfreecaTV announced on the 26th that it posted provisional results for the second quarter of this year with consolidated sales of 65 billion KRW and operating profit of 21.5 billion KRW. This represents an increase of 44.1% and 96.7%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. Net profit for the same period was recorded at 18.9 billion KRW, up 84.8%.
