[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Household goods company Lock&Lock announced on the 26th that it will conduct the 'Attachment Container (Love it, Good Container) Campaign' encouraging the use of reusable containers in collaboration with the Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation.
This campaign features the popular idol group Brave Girls as campaign models. They perform choreography to the 'Attachment Container Song' and deliver the campaign message, "Let's reverse the trend toward a clean Earth with attachment containers."
To encourage public participation in this campaign, Lock&Lock will hold the ‘#AttachmentContainerChallenge’ on the KOBACO Instagram, as well as host an attachment container collection exhibition and Instagram events on its own channels.
The attachment container collection exhibition will be held from today until the 8th of next month on Lock&Lock Mall, the company's official online store, and Naver Smart Store. It features a variety of products useful for packaging food, including plastic, stainless steel, and glass containers, each offering discounts of up to 69% and 62%, respectively.
Additionally, on Lock&Lock’s Instagram, participants who leave a comment tagging a friend they want to join the campaign with will be entered into a draw to win a Top Class (2ℓ) container. The event runs from the 28th of this month to the 8th of next month.
Kang Minsook, Executive Director of Lock&Lock HR Center, said, "Lock&Lock has continuously engaged in eco-friendly activities, encouraging the use of reusable containers and conducting year-round resource circulation campaigns for a sustainable environment. We expect this campaign with KOBACO to further raise public awareness about the use of reusable containers."
