According to Daegu City on the 24th, as of midnight, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Daegu was 11,252, an increase of 52 from the previous day (including 238 imported cases).

At the gym in Suseong-gu where a cluster infection occurred, 5 more people were confirmed positive through nth-generation infections the day before, increasing the cumulative total to 102.

At a pub in Jung-gu, one user and three others infected through nth-generation transmission were confirmed positive, raising the cumulative total to 70. In Buk-gu, one nth-generation contact at a nightlife pub tested positive, increasing the cumulative total to 31.

Additionally, related to a restaurant in Suseong-gu where 11 confirmed cases were reported, one nth-generation contact tested positive. In Dalseo-gu, one person was infected related to a business, increasing the cumulative confirmed cases to 24.

At a PC room in Buk-gu, one user tested positive, raising the cumulative confirmed cases to 16.

Regarding a karaoke practice room in Dalseo-gu, three users and two nth-generation infected individuals tested positive. Since the first confirmed case on the 22nd at the Dalseo-gu karaoke practice room, six additional infections have been identified through contact testing.

Besides these, 12 people were confirmed positive through contact with confirmed cases, and 7 were confirmed while showing symptoms during quarantine. The infection route for 13 people remains unknown.

Currently, 436 confirmed patients in the Daegu area are undergoing isolation treatment. Two are self-treating, 372 are hospitalized in nine hospitals inside and outside the region, and 62 are receiving treatment at residential treatment centers. Forty-six patients recovered in one day yesterday, bringing the total number of recovered patients to 10,796.
