[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Boutique hotel L'Escape announced on the 22nd that it will launch a contactless shopping service in collaboration with KT and Amorepacific from the 27th of this month to the 27th of next month.
This promotion was planned for customers who want to enjoy a hotel vacation and shop contactlessly during the peak summer vacation season. It is a collaborative marketing case where customers can shop for skincare brand SIENU's items contactlessly by using KT GiGA Genie speaker’s artificial intelligence (AI) hotel service within L'Escape’s guest room space.
During the promotion period, guests staying in any of the five types of suite rooms at L'Escape, including the Atelier Suite, Corner Suite, and Prestige Suite, will receive skincare products from Amorepacific’s luxury brand SIENU as a gift. By using the KT GiGA Genie speaker in the room during their stay, guests can receive a limited edition amenity set consisting of six SIENU skincare products (worth 156,000 KRW) on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, through the special product menu of GiGA Genie installed in all rooms including suites, customers can order SIENU’s bestseller products?a two-piece set of skin and emulsion?with a 30% discount, facilitating contactless shopping. SIENU is a brand that offers anti-aging products combining ingredients such as pomegranate and reishi mushroom known for skin improvement, with jewel ingredients like diamond and pearl, and Amorepacific’s bio technology.
The GiGA Genie service installed in all rooms at L'Escape allows guests to control lighting and heating/cooling, request amenities and concierge services, check hotel facility information, control the TV, and enjoy music not only by voice but also through a touch screen.
