Shinhan Financial Group Revamps User Interface and Experience of Wonsinhan Platform 'Shinhan Plus'


[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 13th that it has completely revamped the user interface and user experience (UI·UX) of Shinhan Plus, the group's One-Shinhan platform.


Shinhan Plus, the representative integrated service platform of Shinhan Financial Group, is embedded as an app-in-app within major Shinhan Financial Group applications such as Shinhan Bank SOL, Shinhan Card PayFan, Shinhan Investment Shinhan Alpha, and Shinhan Life Smart Window, providing over 100 financial services without the need for additional app installations.


To evolve Shinhan Plus into a value-growth platform from the customer's perspective, the entire UI·UX redesign process, including design selection and menu arrangement, reflected the results of customer surveys.


First, the main screen, which previously had six sections, was simplified into three screens: My Benefits, Finance+, and Events+. Additionally, to maximize customer convenience, the first screen, My Benefits, was redesigned to allow customers to view their overall transaction status across the entire Shinhan Financial Group.


Furthermore, a newly created personalized best product guidance service was placed in the Finance+ menu, and various customer benefits such as ongoing major events and stamp coupons were made easily viewable at a glance on the Events+ screen.


The new UI·UX of Shinhan Plus can be experienced through the latest versions of the Shinhan Financial Group’s affiliated apps that customers have been using.


A Shinhan Financial Group official stated, "We will continuously upgrade Shinhan Plus to prioritize customer value as the group's representative financial platform."
