Lotte Mart Collaborates with Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken to Launch Yangnyeom Chicken Flavor Wang Gyoja Lotte Mart is exclusively launching Wang Gyoja, jointly developed with the chicken franchise 'Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken'.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Mart announced on the 12th that it will exclusively launch the king-sized dumplings jointly developed by its home meal replacement private brand (PB) ‘Yorihada’ and the chicken franchise ‘Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken’.


‘Yorihada X Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken King Dumplings’ contain 23.6% of the secret seasoning sauce, the key to Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken’s popularity, capturing the authentic flavor of seasoned chicken. The king dumpling type offers different textures and tastes depending on the cooking method. When pan-fried, it provides a crispy texture with the sweet seasoned chicken flavor, while steaming offers a mild and soft texture.


This product is sold exclusively at Lotte Mart, and starting from the 15th, a 2,000 KRW discount coupon for Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken will be given to the first 10,000 customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The discount coupon can be obtained by submitting the purchase receipt at the customer center inside Lotte Mart.


A Lotte Mart representative said, “The idea began with combining the popular delivery menu seasoned chicken and the popular frozen food menu dumplings to create uniquely flavored dumplings. After several rounds of testing, we completed a dumpling product that captures the taste of Cheogajip Yangnyeom Chicken,” adding, “We will continue to satisfy consumers’ tastes and preferences with products featuring differentiated concepts and recipes.”
