[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu District Office (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) received 3,000 packs of sterilized milk (1ℓ), worth 6 million KRW, on the morning of the 8th from Seoul Milk Cooperative (Chairman Moon Jin-seop) and SIG Combibloc Korea (Korean Branch Manager Jo Myung-hyun) to help overcome COVID-19.

The received sterilized milk will be donated to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea and distributed to 37 organizations, including comprehensive social welfare centers, senior welfare centers, nursing homes for the elderly, local children's centers, and food markets, to support low-income families in the region struggling due to COVID-19.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “Following last year's donation of 6,000 packs of sterilized milk, I thank Seoul Milk Cooperative and SIG Combibloc Korea for their continued support with a loving heart for neighbors this year as well. We will ensure that the donated items are properly delivered to places where they are needed, such as low-income seniors and children.”
