Bodytechmed Acquires Land and Buildings Worth 5.5 Billion KRW from HL Biopharma

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Bodytech Med announced on the 8th that it has decided to acquire land and buildings located at 1157 Geoduri, Dongnae-myeon, Gangwon-do from HL Biopharma for 5.5 billion KRW. This amount corresponds to 3.24% of last year's consolidated total assets.

Bodytech Med explained, "This is due to a proactive expansion of production facilities to respond to the long-term increase in demand for diagnostic devices and cartridges," adding, "We secured the site in preparation for additional production facility expansion."
