Pasoo, Rhapsody Echo Integrated with Microsoft 365 Released

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the demand for collaboration solutions to support smart work has increased. Pasoo has significantly enhanced user convenience by integrating Microsoft 365’s web office into Wrapsody eCo, which provides document sharing, collaboration, version control, and security all on a single platform.

Wrapsody eCo is an external collaboration platform that applies Virtual Content Infrastructure technology, synchronizing documents to the latest version whenever accessed, enabling efficient collaboration. With the integration completed, users with Microsoft 365 business accounts can view and edit documents without installing a separate client. Documents can be easily used even externally. In particular, a feature allowing multiple users to edit documents simultaneously has been added, enabling faster and more efficient collaboration.

Wrapsody eCo manages internal and external collaborative tasks by workgroup units and supports convenient checking of collaboration history. Shared documents are encrypted for storage and distribution. Even after delivery, permissions can be changed or revoked, creating a secure document management environment. If necessary, DRM solutions can be integrated according to the desired security level of each company or institution. Wrapsody eCo supports PC, Mac, mobile, and web environments and plans to continue improvements to enable effective collaboration across various user environments.
