On the 3rd (local time), IT specialized media SamMobile reported the expected prices of the Galaxy Watch4, 'Galaxy Watch4 Classic,' and 'Galaxy Buds2.'
According to the report, the expected price of the Galaxy Watch4 is $410?$435 (approximately 470,000?490,000 KRW) for the 40mm model, and $450?$475 (approximately 510,000?540,000 KRW) for the 44mm model. Additionally, the expected price of the recently newly revealed rendering image of the Galaxy Watch4 Classic was also disclosed. The Classic model is estimated to be $550?$590 (approximately 620,000?670,000 KRW) for the 42mm version and $590?$625 (approximately 670,000?710,000 KRW) for the 46mm version.
The Classic model is characterized by a physical rotating bezel ring, allowing users to rotate the bezel on the edge of the device to select applications or navigate menus. It is expected to be released in up to three colors: black, silver, and possibly white. Samsung Electronics has named a smartwatch 'Classic' for the first time in about five years since the Gear S3 Classic.
In addition, the expected price of the Galaxy Buds2, the successor to the wireless earphones 'Galaxy Buds Plus,' was also revealed. The Galaxy Buds2 is expected to be priced around $210?$235 (approximately 240,000?270,000 KRW).
The new products, including the Galaxy Watch4, are expected to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event on the 11th of next month, alongside foldable smartphones such as the 'Galaxy Z Fold3' and 'Galaxy Z Flip3.' The industry anticipates the announcement in early August and the release on the 28th of the same month.
