[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Parnas Hotel announced on the 28th that it will open the Nine Tree Premier Hotel Seoul Pangyo on the 1st of next month. The 11-story hotel consists of a total of 315 rooms, banquet halls, restaurants, and more. On the top floor of the hotel, there is a 680㎡ (206 pyeong) swimming pool, and on the 3rd floor, Lounge Nine and self locker rooms are available.

Nine Tree Premier Hotel Seoul Pangyo is located within the Pangyo Techno Valley. The design embodies a sleek image of a futuristic urban city through flowing light, aligned with the keyword "Connect." It also utilizes continuous patterns inspired by natural elements.

For the first time among Nine Tree Hotels, about one-third of the total 315 rooms are configured as family rooms and suites, catering to leisure customers. The hotel explained, "More than 30 rooms are equipped with Hollywood beds that can be flexibly used as business or relaxation types according to customer characteristics and number of guests at any time." Additionally, there are triple rooms for three guests, family kids rooms equipped with bunk beds for children, and the largest number of 20 suites among existing Nine Tree Hotels. All rooms are designed with operable windows for easy ventilation.

On the top floor, the 11th floor, there is an exclusive hotel swimming pool with five pools?the largest scale compared to hotels of the same class?covering an area of 680㎡, including a family pool, kids pool, play pool, and separate male and female shower facilities. A dedicated elevator directly connects the guest room floors to the pool, and separate shower booths with partitions for men and women are installed. Located on the 11th floor, guests can enjoy natural lighting and surrounding views through 5.4m high floor-to-ceiling windows. The 20m long indoor pool offers a unique experience similar to an infinity pool by making one side of the pool transparent, allowing guests to enjoy the view from the hotel’s top floor even while in the water. In addition to the pool, the 11th floor houses a fitness room equipped with treadmills from Techno Gym and a coin laundry room.

The 3rd floor includes the check-in desk, banquet halls, buffet restaurant, Lounge Nine, self locker rooms, and a business corner. A kiosk enabling contactless self check-in and check-out is installed, and the five banquet halls can be adjusted to accommodate from 15 to 145 people in individual or connecting modes. Lounge Nine serves as a customer communication and relaxation space, and there are a total of 84 self locker rooms. Guests can store their luggage free of charge for up to 12 hours after check-out.

Meanwhile, Pamieoseu Mall, where Nine Tree Premier Hotel Seoul Pangyo is located, is a cultural and commercial complex. From the 1st to the 3rd floor, the honeycomb-shaped "Spark Hub," connected by hexagon cubes, links directly to the hotel lobby. Customers can enjoy the latest cultural and commercial facilities through the indoor connection to Pamieoseu Mall, including a cinema (Lotte Cinema), Starbucks, restaurants, kids facilities (Jjaegakseom, Bounce), experience facilities (Cafe Geobugi & Coupet), and clinics. In the future, shopping, food and beverage (F&B), and beauty sectors will be continuously developed within Pamieoseu Mall.
