Large Construction Consortium’s Branded Large-Scale Apartment... Expected to Become a Landmark

As a large-scale branded apartment with high rarity built by the Hyundai Engineering & Construction, SK Ecoplant, and Kolon Global consortium, the complex will showcase the brand premium of major construction companies through excellent construction capabilities and differentiated specialized designs.

‘Pyeongchon Trizia’ plans to apply various floor plans and interior designs so consumers can choose according to their preferences. All units are designed mainly as slab-type facing south, and some types add cross-ventilation structures to the slab-type floor plan to maximize lighting and ventilation. When expanding the balcony, one built-in closet in the child’s room, one picture rail, an electric laundry drying rack on the master bedroom balcony, and two-tier shelves in the laundry room are provided as standard. Built-in appliances and high-end European finishing materials can be selected as paid options if needed.

Several practical and highly usable community facilities for residents are also planned. Simple exercises can be done in the GX room and stretching room, and a fitness center and indoor golf practice range are provided so residents can enjoy hobbies without going far. Facilities for children such as a kids caf?, imagination library, reading room, and daycare center within the complex make it ideal for raising children. Residents can invite acquaintances to the guest room, and socializing among residents is possible in the clubhouse and Golden Lounge.

Moreover, ‘Pyeongchon Trizia’ will feature distinctive landscaping facilities linked to Hogye Neighborhood Park located in front of the complex, and it is expected to become a landmark in the Hogye-dong area of Anyang City in the future.

High Future Value Due to Transportation Benefits Such as GTX-C Line, Indeokwon-Dongtan Line, and Wolgot-Pangyo Line

As the real estate market in Anyang City heats up due to successive transportation benefits, the high future value of ‘Pyeongchon Trizia’ also stands out. The biggest benefit is the GTX-C line (scheduled to open in 2026), which will pass near the complex at Geumjeong Station.

Additionally, the Indeokwon-Dongtan Line (scheduled to open in 2026) and Wolgot-Pangyo Line (scheduled to open in 2025) are also planned, so accessibility to major areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area as well as mobility within Anyang is expected to improve further.

Station Area, School Zone, Park Zone... Central Location in Hogye-dong, Anyang City with One-Stop Infrastructure

‘Pyeongchon Trizia’ enjoys a central living area in Hogye-dong, Anyang City, where various infrastructures are established. It is a station-area complex with three stations: Beomgye Station, Geumjeong Station, and Myeonghak Station, making it easy to use subway lines 1 and 4. It is also convenient to travel to Seoul and major metropolitan areas via the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway. Moreover, it is within walking distance to Hogye Elementary School, Howon Elementary School, and Hogye Middle School, and close to the Pyeongchon academy district, providing an excellent educational environment. In addition, the complex is located in a park zone with the large-scale Hogye Neighborhood Park of about 340,000㎡ right in front, and some units secure park views.

A sales official said, “‘Pyeongchon Trizia,’ with excellent living conditions in Hogye-dong, Anyang, is a large-scale branded complex by a consortium of major construction companies, and a highly complete product will be created in various aspects such as unit interiors and community facilities.” He added, “In particular, with large transportation benefits such as the nearby GTX-C line, Indeokwon-Dongtan Line, and Wolgot-Pangyo Line, which increase regional real estate value, it is expected to enjoy the benefits.”
