In the event of a shortage in the principal and interest payment amount of CJ PODIFLEX, the shortage will be supplemented in the form of a loan to the major shareholders.
The agreed amount is approximately 30 billion KRW, and the agreement period is 3 years or until CJ PODIFLEX repays the borrowed funds.
