Premium kitchen appliance company Cuchen recently renewed and launched the smart cooker ‘Flex Cook,’ which features low-sugar rice and low-sugar cooking functions, making it effective for dieting and diet management. ‘Flex Cook’ is the first in Korea to apply the twister method, where the SR motor and blades rotate to evenly wash the starch (carbohydrates) in rice. The convection of the motor minimizes the difference between the top and bottom of the rice, boasting uniform and delicious taste despite being low-sugar rice. You can also choose between low-sugar rice 30, which reduces sugar by 30%, and low-sugar rice 50, which reduces sugar by 50%.


Additionally, it is equipped with a total of 136 delicious recipes developed by Michelin chefs, breaking the prejudice that diet food is tasteless. Not only low-sodium and low-sugar meals but also low-sugar rice can be easily prepared by just adding ingredients according to the built-in recipes. ‘Flex Cook’ has all kinds of kitchen appliance functions, including rice cooker, multi-cooker, slow cooker, blender, dough maker, chopper, fermenter, steamer, and whipping machine.
