Real Estate Company 'KRC Budongsan Economic Research Institute' Supplies 19 New Villa Units in Yeongdeungpo Area

KRC Real Estate Economic Research Institute, a specialized real estate development company led by CEO Kwon Osuk, announced that it will supply newly built villas in the Yeongdeungpo Bondon and Dorim-dong areas, consisting of a total of 19 units ranging in size from 36.10㎡ to 53.01㎡.

Yeongdeungpo is one of the areas in Seoul with a high degree of aging, and it is attracting attention as development projects such as the Yeongdeungpo station area project, redevelopment of the jjokbangchon (tiny room village), redevelopment of the red-light district, as well as GTX-B and Sinansan Line, are once again gaining momentum.

In addition, Yeongdeungpo offers excellent residential environments with nearby living infrastructure and green spaces such as Lotte Department Store Yeongdeungpo, Shinsegae Department Store, Times Square, and Hangang Park.

According to KRC Real Estate Economic Research Institute, the newly built villas in Yeongdeungpo Bondon being offered this time are located within a 5-minute walk to Yeongdeungpo Station and are fully equipped with full options (system air conditioner, air circulator, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.) for all units. Furthermore, due to the geographical advantages of the Yeongdeungpo station area and the promising future investment value, there are quite a few people who intend to live in the villas rather than just invest.

CEO Kwon Osuk stated, “The newly built villas in Yeongdeungpo have the advantage of qualifying for occupancy rights as a redevelopment candidate area and are attracting interest due to various development prospects in Yeongdeungpo. We also hold free real estate seminars on the second and third weeks of every month, so we welcome inquiries from those interested in newly built villa sales and real estate-related news.”
