Namwon-si Conducts 'Leadership Enhancement Training' for Grade 6 Female Public Officials

[Namwon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Young-kwon] Namwon City, Jeonbuk (Mayor Lee Hwan-joo) announced on the 24th that it conducted a ‘Leadership Improvement Training for Female Public Officials’ targeting about 80 female public officials at grade 6.

This training was conducted to reflect the current trend of a noticeable increase in the proportion of middle management at grade 6 or higher, aiming to enhance the understanding of female public officials at grade 6 about their roles as female leaders and to foster a leadership mindset.

On the day of the training, Lee Hye-rim, Center Director of Shine & Company Co., Ltd., gave a lecture titled ‘Conditions of a Leader Explored Through Movies’ - The Greatest Moments of Our Time.

She also presented approaches to female leaders based on individual types and had a communication session with the trainees about the conditions to become the best as female leaders.

Mayor Lee Hwan-joo said, “As the pace of administrative changes continues to accelerate, the role as a leader is becoming increasingly important,” and added, “I hope this training serves as an opportunity for female public officials to reflect on their roles as agents of change and recognize the importance of these roles.”
