The highest floor is 20 stories, and attention is focused on the top floor of line 4 in building 1116, where a sky lounge will be created.

The sale price is set between 295.55 million KRW and 314.74 million KRW based on a 59㎡ exclusive area, which is considered competitive compared to surrounding market prices.

If selected as a resident through general supply, the non-homeowner household member status must be maintained from the announcement date until moving in; otherwise, the contract will be canceled.
