SH Corporation Supplies 1,278 Happy Housing Units Including Helio City and Boramae Xi

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim On-yu] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) will supply 1,278 units of Happy Housing.

Happy Housing is rental housing offered to young people, newlyweds, and the elderly at 60-80% of the surrounding market price. University students and young people can live for up to 6 years, newlyweds with children for up to 10 years, and the elderly for up to 20 years.

SH Corporation announced on the 23rd that it will recruit tenants for 1,278 units of Happy Housing in 17 areas including Gangnam-gu, Dongjak-gu, and Yangcheon-gu. The related tenant recruitment announcement will be posted on the SH Corporation website at 2 p.m. on the 24th.

The Happy Housing units supplied this time include 478 units in new complexes such as Boramae Xi (Sindaebang-dong, Dongjak-gu) and Songpa Signature Lotte Castle (Geoyeodong, Songpa-gu), and 800 units in re-supplied complexes such as Songpa Heliocity (Garak-dong, Songpa-gu), Hillstate Cheonggye (Dapsimni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu), and Godeok Central Prugio (Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu).

The number of units by supply area is highest in Guro-gu with 326 units, followed by Dongjak-gu with 235 units, Gangdong-gu with 209 units, Songpa-gu with 141 units, and Gangnam-gu with 61 units.

Applications for subscription can be submitted through the SH Corporation website from the 7th to the 9th of next month.
