Gyeongnam Province Selects '2021 Model Apartment Complexes for Excellent Management'

Applications Accepted at Respective City and County Offices Until the End of August, Three Complexes to Be Selected in September

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 23rd that it will select model apartment complex management sites in 2021.

The province selects model apartment complex management sites annually from apartment complexes subject to mandatory management.

Apartment complexes subject to mandatory management include those with 300 or more households, those with 150 or more households equipped with elevators or using centralized heating systems, and mixed-use residential complexes with 150 or more residential households.

Apartments wishing to apply for selection must submit their applications to the relevant city or county by the end of August.

Evaluation is conducted in five areas: general management, facility safety and maintenance, community revitalization, recycling and energy saving, and exemplary cases.

Especially this year, additional points will be awarded in the exemplary cases category for community revitalization through non-face-to-face methods and cases of traffic accident prevention within the complex.

Selected model management complexes will be awarded a commendation and certification plaque from the governor and will be recommended as excellent apartment complex management sites promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
