[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Station3, which operates the real estate platform Dabang, unveiled the BI (Brand Identity) and service image of its real estate electronic contract service ‘DabangSign’ on the 22nd.
DabangSign is a non-face-to-face real estate contract service that can be used by tenants, landlords, and licensed real estate agents, designed with the motto of mutual growth. Through this, future users of the Dabang application will be able to find homes without restrictions of time and space, from property search to contract and move-in, while real estate agents can also increase work efficiency in advertising and real estate contracts.
First, when a landlord shares an electronic contract property on the landlord-exclusive app ‘DabangHub,’ agents can send the property to the licensed real estate agent-exclusive app ‘DabangPro’ to advertise it on the Dabang app. Then, users who see the advertisement on the ‘Dabang’ app proceed by requesting a contract for the desired property.
To increase trust with users, Dabang introduces thorough pre-listing verification procedures and contract forgery prevention technology. Once a property is registered as an electronic contract listing, a review of the official real estate registry is conducted in advance to confirm whether the property is available for contract. Additionally, various visual information such as videos and 3D virtual reality (3D VR) is provided so that Dabang app users can fully understand the property status, and technologies such as identity verification, electronic signatures, and timestamps are utilized to block the possibility of contract document forgery or alteration.
Meanwhile, users can contract without complicated procedures. After simple identity verification, they can sign the contract immediately, and KakaoTalk notification messages are sent at each contract stage to allow real-time confirmation of the entire process. Contract documents, which may be lost, can be accessed for up to five years and can only be viewed by the contracting parties.
Han Yusun, CEO of Station3, said, “Dabang’s role has been limited to a real estate listing advertisement platform for the past nine years, but through the launch of DabangSign, we now provide a practical one-stop real estate service among landlords, tenants, and agents. Just as Dabang’s emergence changed the real estate brokerage market from footwork to handwork, I believe the launch of DabangSign will bring a new paradigm to the industry.”
