Pyeongtaek Station SK View Attracts Attention with Preference for Comfortable Residential Environment

Residential complexes with natural environments such as parks, mountains, and streams around the home are gaining popularity. Residential complexes adjacent to natural environments offer a pleasant living experience, making them popular among modern people who prioritize health and relaxation due to severe stress. Therefore, these complexes are highly sought after not only in the sales market but also in the rental market.

This preference for pleasant residential environments is expected to increase further recently. As fine dust worsens, spring yellow dust occurs, and the COVID-19 situation continues, more people are seeking comfort.

Among these, there is a public-supported private rental housing brand apartment with a pleasant residential environment in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province. SK Ecoplant is supplying the public-supported private rental housing ‘Pyeongtaek Station SK VIEW (Pyeongtaek Station SK View)’ in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province.

‘Pyeongtaek Station SK View’ will be developed on a scale of 1,328 households across 14 buildings, from basement level 1 to 27 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. By area, it consists of medium and small-sized floor plans preferred by consumers: 101 units of 59㎡A, 51 units of 59㎡B, 329 units of 72㎡, and 847 units of 84㎡.

The Gopyeong District, where ‘Pyeongtaek Station SK View’ is located, is a private urban development project area of approximately 156,483㎡ in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province. This area will include apartment complexes, detached houses, and parks. In particular, within the district, a neighborhood park about 2.5 times the size of a soccer field will be developed right in front of the complex, along with children’s parks and small parks totaling 21,081㎡.

Within walking distance is Pyeongtaek Station, where the subway Line 1 express and Gyeongbu Line operate, allowing commuting to Seoul and Suwon in Gyeonggi Province within an hour. Additionally, the Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, Paengseong-ro, Seodong-daero, and Gyeonggi-daero are nearby, providing easy access to other regions by car.

Especially, Pyeongtaek Jije Station, one stop from Pyeongtaek Station, is a transfer station for Line 1 and SRT. It takes about 9 minutes by SRT to Dongtan New Town and about 21 minutes to Suseo Station in Gangnam, Seoul. Also, there is a positive development with the Incheon-origin KTX direct connection project, which started construction in December 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2024, enabling faster travel nationwide in the future. A shuttle bus service for residents is also planned.

Within walking distance are AK Plaza (Pyeongtaek branch) and Tongbok Market. Also, within about a 10-minute drive are convenience and cultural facilities such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Pyeongtaek St. Mary’s Hospital, Hanaro Mart, and CGV. Additionally, ‘Starfield Anseong’ is accessible within about 20 minutes by car.

As for educational facilities, Segyo Elementary School, Pyeongtaek Elementary School, and Pyeongtaek Central Elementary School are within walking distance. Within a 1.5 km radius are Gunmun Elementary School, Vision Elementary School, Pyeongtaek Seongdong Elementary School, and Pyeongtaek Middle School. A national and public daycare center is planned within the complex, providing peace of mind for households with young children.

The complex will feature the Biotopia Garden, Forest of Talent, PET playground, as well as resident exercise facilities and themed children’s playgrounds, allowing residents to enjoy abundant green spaces and various themed areas.

Specialized facilities such as a care center, small library, after-school classroom, and shared center will be established, along with a senior club and walking trails for middle-aged and elderly residents. Additionally, a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, dry sauna, guest house, household storage, unmanned parcel lockers, coin laundry, childcare services, SKT Smart Home Service, and car-sharing services will be provided.

The housing promotional center is located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province, and visits are conducted by prior reservation. Prospective buyers wishing to consult at the promotional center can make a reservation on the official Pyeongtaek Station SK View website before visiting. Move-in is scheduled for November 2021.
