Professor Song Ki-hoon of Chosun University Appointed as Member of Gwangju Social Value Committee

The term is two years.

The Gwangju Metropolitan City Social Value Committee was first established nationwide in December 2019.

It was launched in accordance with the "Basic Ordinance on the Realization of Social Value by Public Institutions in Gwangju Metropolitan City," which came into effect on June 15 last year.

Professor Song will play a role in establishing and implementing a basic plan every five years to realize values that contribute to the public interest and community development in all areas of the local community, developing related indicators, and evaluating the implementation results.

Professor Song said, "I will actively work to realize the social value of Gwangju Metropolitan City."
