Gyeongnam Province Reports 2 COVID-19 Cases: 1 in Gimhae and 1 in Namhae

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced that as of 1:30 PM on the 21st, 2 new confirmed cases occurred since 5 PM the previous day.

By region, there is 1 case in Gimhae and 1 case in Namhae.

The confirmed case in Gimhae is a contact of a confirmed patient within the province and was classified as case number 5067 after testing positive following symptom onset during quarantine.

The confirmed case in Namhae felt symptoms on their own, got tested, and was classified as case number 5066 after testing positive.

Accordingly, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the province increased to 5,064 (125 hospitalized, 4,922 discharged, 17 deceased).
