Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Recruiting 98th Technical Trainees Until July 9


[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Hyundai Mipo Dockyard is recruiting trainees for its 98th technical training course until July 9.


On the 21st, Hyundai Mipo Dockyard announced that it is recruiting trainees for two courses: ▲ship welding ▲ship painting. There are no restrictions on educational background, age, gender, or military service for applicants, and the training is completely free of charge.


This course offers employment placement at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard’s partner companies. Additionally, graduates who apply for production technology positions within the Hyundai Heavy Industries Group will receive preferential treatment. Dormitory accommodation including breakfast, lunch, and dinner is provided for those residing outside Ulsan Dong-gu area, and a training allowance of 1 million KRW is paid. Especially, applicants aged between 18 and 39 can receive a housing support benefit of 2 million KRW from Ulsan City if they find employment at shipbuilding-related companies after completing the training.


Those wishing to apply can submit their applications through the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Technical Training Center website.
