National Science Museum Joint Special Exhibition Begins on the 22nd at the National Busan Science Museum
Students are touring the National Busan Science Museum in Gijang-gun, Busan.
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-su] National science museums under the Ministry of Science and ICT will hold a joint special robot exhibition at the National Busan Science Museum starting from the 22nd.
This exhibition, prepared to understand the current state of rapidly advancing robots and artificial intelligence and to look into the future, will start in Busan and then tour national science museums until March 1st of next year. The exhibition is composed of 48 exhibits across 6 zones: ▲The Beginning of Robots, ▲Robots and Artificial Intelligence, ▲Robots and Industry, ▲Robots and Sports, ▲Robots and Art, and ▲Robots in Daily Life and the Future.
Visitors can directly experience 30 types of robots, including playing Omok against an AI robot or competing with hockey robots and goalkeeper robots. Through an AI orchestra that recognizes movements to perform and a painter robot, visitors can explore the use of robots in the field of art, which is considered a uniquely human domain. Visitors can also enjoy a comfortable break at an unmanned robot cafe operated solely by a barista robot that makes coffee and serving robots.
