<Title>KOCCA, Fostering Creative Talent in AI Content</Title>


On the 21st, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency announced the recruitment of trainees to participate in the AI content creative talent development project.


This is a project-based educational program that attempts to combine cultural content and AI technology. It aims to facilitate job transitions for potential content talents and industry professionals, as well as the digital transformation of content.


The Korea Creative Content Agency has selected seven platform institutions to carry out projects integrating AI technology with music and performance, games, webtoons, stories, and more. These include Toonsquare, Poja Labs, Dongseo University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Seoul Institute of the Arts Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Sangmyung University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Knet ENG, and Dong Seoul University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation. A total of 150 trainees will be selected and classes will be conducted over 4 to 5 months.


During this period, trainees will receive a monthly learning support stipend of up to 1.5 million KRW. After the training, programs supporting employment and entrepreneurship will also be provided. An official stated, "We plan to focus on nurturing creative talents who can be immediately deployed in the field by utilizing AI technology for content planning, production efficiency, development of new distribution and business models, and solving current issues in the content ecosystem."
