From June 21 to July 30, targeting multi-use facility restaurants in the province
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do will conduct joint inspections on quarantine, hygiene, and cooked food from the 21st to the 30th.
This joint inspection aims to strengthen COVID-19 quarantine management and food safety management in restaurants within multi-use facilities and to ensure food safety during the summer season.
The inspection targets include restaurants in multi-use facilities, entertainment establishments, and restaurants serving health foods.
The main inspection items are compliance with quarantine rules such as the preparation and management of visitor logs, mask-wearing by managers and workers, and management of ventilation and disinfection logs.
In cooperation with the Gyeongnam Health and Environment Research Institute, more than 48 samples of products such as Sikhye, Naengmyeon, Kongguksu, Chilk juice, and extracts will also be collected and tested.
