Notably, Bae, Kim & Lee's Intellectual Property (IP) group played a crucial role in resolving LG Energy Solution's electric vehicle battery trade secret dispute. They also won a patent dispute related to Starbucks' electronic receipt system and successfully resolved significant disputes such as the product form dispute between Lotte Confectionery and Glico, earning high marks.
The Bae, Kim & Lee IP group, consisting of over 100 attorneys, foreign lawyers, and patent attorneys from Bae, Kim & Lee Patent Firm, collaborates to provide comprehensive legal advisory services on domestic and international patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, personal information, and licensing transactions.
