[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] bhc Chicken held regional franchisee meetings nationwide throughout this month to strengthen communication with franchisees for mutual growth.


On the 16th, bhc Chicken organized a session at the Ansan Sadong branch in Gyeonggi Province, attended by CEO Im Geumok and other executives, along with local franchise business owners, to listen to firsthand voices from the stores and share the headquarters' management activities.


CEO Im said, "Despite the challenging external business environment, double-digit growth is expected this year as well. This is thanks to the passionate efforts of franchise business owners who do not spare their enthusiasm at the consumer contact points," adding, "We will continue to provide unwavering support to achieve greater growth and fruitful results together with our franchisees."


On this day, the headquarters and franchisees agreed on customer-centric management and operations for sustained growth this year. In particular, they formed a consensus on concretizing this through the designation of restaurant hygiene grades supervised by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.


The meeting was safely conducted with all participants complying with quarantine guidelines such as temperature checks and hand sanitization.


Starting with a small meeting in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions earlier this month, the company plans to sequentially visit parts of the metropolitan area, Gwangju and Jeolla, Gangwon, Daegu and Gyeongbuk, Busan and Gyeongnam, and Jeju regions to listen to voices from the field, exchange various opinions for management performance and continuous future growth, and build consensus.


Meanwhile, bhc Chicken views true mutual growth as franchisees generating stable and long-term profits based on the headquarters' transparent management and trust, and plans to further strengthen win-win management with franchisees to continue the current growth trend.
