Gyeongnam Province Promotes Research Project for 'G-Apartment Integrated Platform Construction'

Enhancing Work Efficiency in the Apartment Housing Department and Promoting Transparency in Apartment Housing Management

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do held an interim report meeting for the 'G-Apartment Integrated Platform Construction Research Service' at the Gyeongnam Provincial Government Office on the 16th.

At the interim report meeting, various opinions were exchanged regarding current issues in apartment complex management and tasks that need to be addressed.

The 'G-Apartment Integrated Platform' is a project to establish a 'Comprehensive Apartment Complex Portal' where information related to apartment complexes in the province can be obtained, and to prepare an exclusive electronic approval system for apartments.

This initiative aims to resolve problems such as distrust among residents caused by non-disclosure of documents between city/county/district offices and management offices.

Through electronic document distribution and situation dissemination systems between local governments and management offices, the work efficiency of the apartment complex departments in city/county/district offices is expected to improve, contributing to fulfilling residents' right to know.

The G-Apartment Integrated Platform will begin construction and pilot operation next year, and in 2023, the system will be available for mandatory management apartment complexes.

In 2024, mobile app-based services will be added, and the target will be expanded to include non-mandatory management apartment complexes.

To promote the project, the province set the direction for the integrated apartment complex management platform and specified operational plans through a joint apartment complex policy advisory meeting with the Gyeongnam Research Institute.

In particular, in May, a survey was conducted among management offices and residents to collect opinions from stakeholders of apartment complexes.
