Kiturami Launches 5 New Agricultural Crop Dryers... 'Approved for Comprehensive Agricultural Machinery Testing'

Obtained Approval for All Models of Agricultural Machinery Comprehensive Testing from Rural Development Administration

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] Kiturami (CEO Choi Jaebeom) announced on the 17th that it will launch the '2021 Model Kiturami Agricultural Product Dryer,' which has obtained the comprehensive agricultural machinery certification (FACT) approval from the Rural Development Administration.

The Rural Development Administration conducts comprehensive certification of agricultural machinery based on Article 9 of the Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Act and Article 4 of its Enforcement Rules to promote the development, distribution, and export of agricultural machinery and to provide necessary information for efficient use. This certification is granted to products that pass structural investigation, performance tests, operation difficulty tests, and safety tests to provide consumers with technical information necessary for selecting agricultural machinery.

The '2021 Model Kiturami Agricultural Product Dryer' is an agricultural machine used for drying agricultural products, fruits, health foods, seafood, and processed foods. The product lineup consists of five types according to drying capacity (based on chili peppers): 35kg, 65kg, 100kg, 130kg, and 195kg. The exterior of the product uses high-quality steel plates commonly applied in household refrigerators. The interior is equipped with high-density polyurethane insulation and high-tensile magnetic materials to enhance the product's airtightness, and a high-efficiency, low-noise fan motor is applied to improve drying performance.

In particular, it features a fully automatic control system that automatically adjusts temperature and operating time, as well as an automatic dehumidification controller that discharges moisture automatically, making it easy for beginners to use. A Kiturami official stated, "We continue to improve product performance to develop and provide agricultural product dryers that can contribute to increasing the added value of crops carefully cultivated by farmers," adding, "To provide the best service, we operate a company-run call center and more than 300 AS centers, the largest number in the industry."
