'No Excessive Document Submission or Complex Hiring Procedures!'... Gyeonggi-do Simplifies 'Fixed-term Employment Hiring'

[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province is establishing the 'Fixed-term Smart Recruitment Integrated Application System' this year as part of its administrative innovation, in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation.

According to Gyeonggi Province on the 17th, the 'Fixed-term Smart Recruitment Integrated Application System' is a project introduced to improve the convenience of fixed-term workers applying for jobs and to standardize the recruitment process by setting up a separate computerized system.

The purpose is to reduce the inconvenience caused by having recruitment announcements, document pass results, and final acceptance posts mixed on a single bulletin board, requiring applicants to individually search the respective institution's website to check their acceptance status.

In particular, applicants can fill out and submit their application forms directly through the system, eliminating the need to submit application documents via mail, email, or by visiting the institution.

Fixed-term job seekers can easily check their application status and acceptance results through 'My Page' by accessing the system via PC or mobile without any inconvenience.

To simplify document submission, the system will also feature a linkage function with 'Public My Data,' a service that collects scattered personal information from various administrative agencies for the user's convenience.

Additionally, through Q&A and FAQ functions, communication between applicants and recruitment officers will be strengthened, and the 'Notification Talk' feature will allow applicants to receive acceptance or rejection notifications via KakaoTalk or text message.

The province plans to start server construction and test operations from this month and will begin full-scale system operation from August.
