Both are three-term lawmakers and are classified as moderate figures with weak factional colors.

On the 16th, Lee Jun-seok, the leader of the People Power Party, prepared this nomination plan for the Secretary-General and the Chairman of the Policy Committee, and plans to hold a final consultation at the Supreme Council meeting tomorrow.

Han, who served as the Army Education Command Commander (Lieutenant General), is evaluated as a principled person who handles tasks neatly. Kim, a former military lawyer, serves as the secretary of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee, which is an advantage in terms of understanding the legislative review process and policies.

For Lee, an out-of-office figure in his 30s, it is known that the nomination of the Secretary-General and the Chairman of the Policy Committee was carried out with a focus on party unity.
