SK Securities Acquires 29 Billion KRW Stake in SKS MyData Private Equity Partnership

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] On the 16th, SK Securities announced that it will acquire 29 billion shares of SKS MyData Private Equity Investment Partnership, an affiliate under the Capital Markets Act's management participation-type private collective investment scheme, for 29 billion KRW.

After acquiring the shares, SK Securities' stake in SKS MyData Private Equity Investment Partnership will be 27.6%.

SK Securities stated that the purpose of this share acquisition is "to obtain capital gains through LP investment in the private equity investment partnership."
