Bucheon 'Raemian Urban Vista Complex Commercial Area' Bidding to Proceed on 23rd via Online Homepage

Recently, the brand-name apartment commercial spaces in the urban redevelopment area of Bucheon-si, which is receiving hot attention in the metropolitan real estate market, are being offered for sale, creating a buzz. The commercial spaces within the Songnae 1-2 District Housing Redevelopment Project, named ‘Raemian Urban Vista,’ are part of a large-scale brand complex consisting of 8 buildings with a total of 831 households, newly constructed in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, including apartments and auxiliary facilities from basement level 4 to ground level 29. Bidding will be conducted through the Raemian Urban Vista complex commercial space online homepage on the 23rd of this month. Move-in is scheduled for August this year.


The commercial spaces (neighborhood living facilities) within Raemian Urban Vista consist of one building with commercial spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. Out of a total of 23 stores, 14 stores are for general sale: 8 out of 11 stores on the 1st floor and 6 out of 12 stores on the 2nd floor will be offered for general sale. The 1st-floor commercial spaces are expected to mainly include essential businesses within the complex such as convenience stores, real estate agencies, cafes, bakeries, snack bars, and chicken restaurants. The 2nd floor is predicted by sales officials and experts to be composed of businesses catering to nearby elementary schools and the residential base, such as tutoring academies, music/art academies, Taekwondo schools, laundries, and beauty salons.


The Songnae-dong area is an existing old housing redevelopment site located in the southern part of Bucheon-si, where residential environments have been or are scheduled to be improved. It boasts excellent transportation, education, and living infrastructure. Moreover, the commercial spaces are located at the main entrance of the complex and on the corner of Jungdong-ro, offering high visibility and excellent accessibility. Jungdong Station on Subway Line 1 is within a 10-minute walk, and six general bus routes run along Jungdong-ro and Gyeongin-ro adjacent to the complex, providing outstanding transportation conditions. Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital is nearby, and schools such as Songil Elementary, Seongju Middle, Bucheon Girls’ Middle, Bucheon High, and Bucheon Technical High are located around the complex, creating a safe environment for children’s commuting and generating diverse rental demand.


A sales official stated, “While living is convenient, the complex is located more than 1 km away from Bucheon’s major large commercial districts, so the commercial spaces within the complex will serve a unique role. As newly built commercial spaces in an old residential area, they are expected to have high competitiveness compared to the aging commercial districts in the region.” To help consumers understand, a sales promotion center is operating on the 1st floor of the commercial space, and bidding is scheduled to proceed through the homepage on June 23.
