SK Energy Decides to Dispose of Gas Station Land and Buildings Worth 763.8 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] SK Innovation announced on the 15th that its subsidiary SK Energy has decided to dispose of land and buildings worth 763.823692 billion KRW.

The land and buildings to be disposed of include land, buildings, and canopies of 115 gas stations nationwide.

SK Innovation stated that the purpose is to improve the financial structure through asset sales and to secure investment funds for future growth engines.
