The complex is a commercial facility within the knowledge industry center, expected to have abundant demand encompassing both residential and office users, attracting fixed demand from the knowledge industry center, demand from the Galmae district, and hinterland demand from the Galmae station area.
In fact, the fixed workforce demand within the knowledge industry center alone reaches about 7,300 people, and the hinterland demand from the Galmae district and nearby Galmae station area is approximately 58,539 people. Considering only fixed and hinterland demand, it is expected to secure an abundant demand of about 65,839 people.

Public-private joint project securing both project stability and reliability
‘Hueval Nine La Vigne’ is a public-private joint project with Galmae PFB as the developer and Shinsegae Construction as the builder. When a public enterprise participates in a project, the risk is lower than when a private company undertakes it independently, allowing consumers to feel the project’s stability and reliability.
A sales official stated, “Since it is developed as a road-facing street commercial facility at the entrance of the Galmae district, a significant amount of foot traffic and hinterland demand is expected,” adding, “Shinsegae Construction, the builder, is expected to bring brand premium with proven construction capabilities demonstrated in Shinsegae Department Store and Starfield.”
