This event unfolds with the virtual character Simsatgat, who is in charge of Shinsegae Duty Free’s social media marketing, searching for treasures hidden during the Joseon Dynasty. Simsatgat, the top merchant of the Joseon era, hid valuable treasures throughout Hanyang and created a map. Therefore, Simsatgat requests help from SNS followers and announces a reward of gold for those who find the hidden treasures.

Anyone who follows Shinsegae Duty Free’s official Instagram can participate in Simsatgat’s Treasure Map event. The event period runs for 17 days from the 14th to the 30th. Participants find clues hidden throughout the images in the event posts, follow the three final treasure accounts, and leave a participation verification comment to be automatically entered.

Among those who complete all the missions, three lucky winners will be selected by drawing to receive one don of gold each.
