[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Agricultural Technology Center of Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam, is conducting an academy education program using non-face-to-face video conferencing (ZOOM) for local residents from the 14th to the 25th to promote the consumption of agricultural products in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era.

The Yakseon Academy education is conducted by making seasonal herb bibimbap tables using Sancheong medicinal herbs.

In spring, they make bibimbap tables with chwinamul and goggi, in summer with dangsam and minari, in autumn with doraji and ma, and in winter with hwanggi and acorn bibimbap tables.

The education program is composed of a total of four sessions held every Monday and Friday from 2 PM to 4 PM during the period, and plans to invite professional external instructors to conduct the sessions.

A center official said, “We will strive to contribute to promoting the consumption of agricultural products by conducting various education programs that utilize excellent agricultural products such as Sancheong medicinal herbs and rice.”
