[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The lobby lounge cafe 'Gallery' at Grand Hyatt Seoul Hotel announced on the 14th that it will present the 'Tropical Summer Afternoon Set' in collaboration with the coffee brand Nespresso from the 15th to August 31.
They offer desserts and beverages using tropical fruits such as passion fruit, pineapple, mango, and coconut, along with Nespresso's 'Barista Creation FOR Ice' coffee.
The 'Tropical Summer Afternoon Set' consists of sweet and tangy desserts made with tropical fruits, including passion fruit cream choux, pineapple cream lamington, Madagascar vanilla Nespresso coconut coffee cream mille-feuille, and coconut panna cotta passion fruit compote, as well as desserts like lime olive macarons, pistachio cream cannoli, and scones.
Nespresso's 'Barista Creation FOR Ice' varieties, including 'Iced Freddo Delicato' and 'Iced Freddo Intenso,' as well as the limited edition 'Limited Edition Barista Creation Ice Coconut Scented Coffee,' are used in the desserts. Guests can also enjoy grilled fish lemongrass skewers, mini banh mi sandwiches, and Cajun shrimp tacos.
A bingsu trolley is also provided, allowing guests to create their own 'My Own Bingsu' by selecting toppings themselves. Toppings such as red bean, mango, passion fruit, and coconut sauce, combined with ice cream station options like Nespresso coffee, vanilla bean, and coconut ice cream, allow guests to enjoy bingsu tailored to their preferences. The hotel explains that pouring Nespresso's 'Iced Coconut Scented Coffee' over coconut ice cream enhances the flavor.
For accompanying beverages, a variety of coffee and tea options are available. The operating hours are daily from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and prices start from 50,000 KRW (tax included).
