'Paju Unjeong New Town Jungheung S-Class Phase 2' to be Sold in June

Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon announced on the 14th that it will launch sales of 'Paju Unjeong New City Jungheung S-Class Phase 2' in June in Unjeong New City, Paju, Gyeonggi Province.

Located in the Unjeong 3 Residential Development District in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, 'Paju Unjeong New City Jungheung S-Class Phase 2' consists of A9 Block (Edu Park) and A11 Block (Edu High). The detailed areas are as follows: A9 Block (B2 to 18F, 9 buildings) includes △59㎡ exclusive 178 units △84㎡A exclusive 236 units △84㎡B exclusive 36 units, totaling 450 units; A11 Block (B2 to 20F, 10 buildings) includes △59㎡ exclusive 200 units △84㎡A exclusive 303 units △84㎡B exclusive 79 units △113㎡ exclusive 168 units, totaling 750 units.

'Paju Unjeong New City Jungheung S-Class Phase 2' is expected to benefit from the GTX-A line (scheduled to open in 2023). Once the GTX-A line opens, it will take about 20 minutes to Seoul Station and about 30 minutes to Samsung Station, enabling quick access to major business districts in Seoul.

Using Nambuk-ro and Paju-ro, residents can quickly access Jayu-ro and the 2nd Jayu-ro, making travel to Seoul and the entire metropolitan area convenient. It also has a wide-area transportation network via the Seoul-Munsan Expressway. Additionally, the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (Gimpo-Paju, scheduled to open fully in 2024) is planned.
