At On The Plate, Boutique Bakery, and More
Summer's Representative Diet Food Potato Ingredients
Offering Differentiated Menus + Dining Experiences
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 8th that it will present various collaborative menus in partnership with Potatoes USA until the 30th.
The hotel stated that the collaborative menus were prepared to offer a differentiated dining experience using potatoes for the summer season. Potatoes are rich in protein and vitamin C, contain potassium which helps with sodium excretion and blood pressure regulation, and are low in calories, making them a popular representative diet food in summer. The hotel said, "Through this collaboration, we received the highest quality potatoes from Potatoes USA and created menus tailored to Korean tastes."
The premium buffet 'On The Plate' prepared menus that highlight the fluffy and crispy texture of American potatoes. For breakfast, guests can enjoy potato pea soup and hash brown potatoes. Gluten-free potato waffles are also offered, considering healthy dietary needs. For lunch and dinner, basil pesto wedge potato salad, taro-flavored potato and octopus salad, and wedge potato vegetable gratin are served.
At 'Boutique Bakery,' you can find potato bread topped with cheese cream on potato ciabatta, and nostalgic sarada bread with mashed potatoes and apples that enhance the chewy texture.
A representative of Paradise Hotel Busan said, "We prepared this collaborative menu with Potatoes USA to provide a special gourmet experience unique to Paradise Hotel Busan during the summer when appetites tend to decline," adding, "We will continue to introduce gourmet programs that offer differentiated experiences to customers through various collaborations."
