[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Beauty startup 'DeMill (Different Millions)' announced on the 4th that it will grant paid leave to all employees who have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
DeMill provides paid leave for each round of vaccination. If the vaccination day falls on a holiday such as Saturday, the leave will be granted on the next working day. If an employee who received the vaccine feels even slight discomfort, an additional 2 days of paid leave will be provided. Additionally, depending on individual health conditions, employees can apply for unlimited remote work and extend their leave to ensure sufficient rest.
Heonju Lee, CEO of DeMill, said, "As we have a vision to do everything to make our customers' lives beautiful, taking care of the health of our internal customers, the employees, is also a very important part," adding, "Along with introducing paid leave for vaccination, we will strive to provide a safe working environment by strictly adhering to quarantine measures."
